1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website bestpestcontrol.my or engaging Uni Smart Pest Control Sdn. Bhd. (Reg No: 202001020657 / 1376977-D) for any services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Uni Smart Pest Control provides professional pest management services including but not limited to termite control, rodent control, cockroach treatment, bed bug treatment, mosquito control, and fogging services. All services are carried out by licensed technicians holding valid PAL/APAL certifications issued under Malaysian law.

Service scope, frequency, and pricing are agreed upon at the time of quotation. We reserve the right to modify service offerings without prior notice on the website, though confirmed service agreements will be honoured as quoted.

3. Quotations and Payment

All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise. Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and subject to applicable taxes. Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement or invoice. We reserve the right to withhold services pending payment.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about the property and pest issues
• Ensuring safe access to the premises at the agreed appointment time
• Following preparation guidelines provided prior to treatment
• Complying with post-treatment instructions to ensure effectiveness

Failure to comply with preparation or access requirements may result in rescheduling fees or reduced treatment effectiveness for which we cannot be held liable.

5. Service Guarantees and Limitations

Where a guarantee or warranty is offered, the specific terms will be stated in your service agreement. Guarantees are void if post-treatment instructions are not followed, if conditions enabling pest re-entry are not remedied, or if the premises are not accessible for follow-up treatments.

Results may vary depending on the severity of infestation, property conditions, and client compliance. We do not guarantee complete elimination after a single treatment in all cases.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur an administrative fee. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or technician availability, and will notify you promptly.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, Uni Smart Pest Control shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Website Use

The content on this website is for general information purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our written consent. We make no warranties that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
