A free site visit is not a quick walk-through. Our PAL-licensed technician will inspect the areas where pests are active, identify the species involved, and look for the conditions that allow the infestation to persist. You will receive a clear written quote with treatment options, pricing, and a recommended schedule.
For residential properties, we check roof spaces, ceiling voids, under sinks, kitchen cabinets, balconies, drains, gardens, and storage areas. For commercial premises, we also inspect loading bays, waste rooms, grease traps, raw-material storage, production lines, and staff cafeterias. Every inspection is tailored to the property type and the pest problem described.
After the inspection, we explain the findings, recommend the most appropriate treatment method, and answer your questions about safety, preparation, downtime, and follow-up visits. You decide whether to proceed. The quote is valid for 14 days and comes with no pressure or hidden fees.
